Kumveka’s Office Manager ensures our office runs smoothly by

  • Managing day-to-day affairs (incoming communication, maintaining subscriptions and databases, hospitality, etc.)

  • Providing administrative support to senior leadership (coordinating travel, scheduling meetings, special projects, etc.)

  • Bookkeeping (managing QuickBooks, document retention and destruction, processing payments, etc.)

  • Maintaining our facilities (purchasing office supplies, office organization, general upkeep)
