I. Vision/Mission/Values workshops
We start with seeking to understand the heart of your ministry. This is your calling, your vision, your mission. This is how things get done. It includes your history and culture. We spend a great deal of time better understanding who you desire to serve and how they can participate in your ministry. This lays the foundation for developing your identity, your brand. Everything comes back to this.
II. Identity development
This is the expression of the heart of your organization in the form of visuals and messaging. It includes your logo, mark, tagline, core messaging, color palette, photography style, copy tone, signage and stationery.
III. Communication planning
This step creates a strategic plan for reaching all your audiences, including constituencies such as donors, staff, volunteers, government officials, and partner organizations. You are one organization, but you may need to express yourself differently to each audience due to varying objectives, cultures - even languages! With these clear objectives, we create an plan for sharing your story. This can include websites, brochures, development materials, exhibition booths, and beyond.
IV. Training
We desire to enable our ministry clients to maintain the brand and continue to execute against the communication plan after the project is done. We work hard to train ministry staff, volunteers or partners.
