A survey of Encompass' key audiences helped us create a communication strategy that met their needs.

We developed a brand assessment survey sent to donors, Encompass cross-cultural workers, and FGBC members. The results of the survey informed our communication strategy and plan, which focused on:

  • Developing tools to elevate storytelling to donors
  • Strengthening messaging to potential recruits

This was brought to life using tools like Within Reach (a bi-monthly magazine), compelling videos, engaging social media and blog posts, and refreshed recruiting materials.
